Rolfes Homes began with a dream—and a blueprint. In 2002, Joe and Melissa Rolfes built their first custom home together, combining creativity and precision to bring their shared vision to life. That experience sparked a passion that has grown into a full-service design, build, and remodeling firm known for thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service.

Over the years, they’ve created a second custom home for their family, completed numerous remodeling projects, and designed everything from custom built-ins to bespoke furniture pieces. Together, they form a dynamic duo: Melissa, a talented artist and visionary designer, and Joe, a detail-oriented engineer with a knack for problem-solving and relationship-building.

Joe holds both a B.S. and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and spent much of his career in Information Technology. He brings a systems-driven mindset to every project—focused on efficiency, innovation, and longevity. His meticulous nature and commitment to excellence ensure that clients feel supported, informed, and valued every step of the way.

Melissa, a professional artist and entrepreneur, leads the creative side of the business. Known for her imaginative approach and intuitive eye for design, she specializes in crafting spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Her creative problem-solving and innovative thinking help clients see possibilities they never imagined.

Together, Joe and Melissa offer a rare blend of artistry and engineering, vision and precision. Now, with Joe stepping into the business full-time in June 2025, Rolfes Homes is proud to take on even more projects—bringing dream homes and spaces to life with heart, skill, and purpose.
